Ben had shown true blackbelt spirit in his last five years fight with Leukaemia and had been an inspiration to us all in indomitable spirit and perseverance and he will never be forgotten

Well done to the team who competed at the MSBA Open in Motherwell on Saturday. Great results taking 4 golds, 5 silver and 4 bronze. 13 medals from only 10 competitors is a great result. Well coached and supported by Miss Michael and Ian Sotheran, well done everyone!!!!
